2024 Visit tucson - Sometimes, I do have to go to one as when we were visiting Tucson in March 2022. My wife wanted to buy some clothes and she wanted to go to J.C. Penney's. We found out that Penneys has closed almost half of their stores around the country after we went to one in Tucson that was closed and empty.
